For bun cha dish I would say try the Madam Van Vietnamese restaurant where I ate the best bun cha of northern Vietnam myself 
You can visit Bamboo Chopstick, or Yen Vy chicken rice, or Mrs Huong at Laugh Coffee

I can tell you which I didnt like in Phong Nha - omar Indian restaurant. food tasted too mild and not authentic Indian food.
My favorite was the Friendly garden Restaurant. perfect views. cheap beer 
and great authentic Vietnamese food
