I’m particularly interested in their jungle trekking offerings and cave combinations. How knowledgeable are their guides and do they keep group sizes reasonable? My main concerns are safety standards and whether they provide good value for the cost. I prefer smaller group experiences where you can actually interact with the guide and other participants rather than being herded around in large tour buses. Are their itineraries flexible or pretty rigid in terms of timing and activities? Also wondering about equipment provided versus what I need to bring myself. Any detailed feedback about specific tours or guides would help me decide whether to book with them or look at other operators.
