I’m looking for honest feedback on accommodation in Phong Nha-has anyone stayed at April Homestay or Phong Nha Farmstay? How were the rooms, breakfast, and river views? Was the location convenient for tours and restaurants? Any issues with noise, mosquitos, or water quality? How responsive were hosts to questions and booking changes? I’m traveling with my family and want a clean, comfortable place without breaking the bank. Real experiences would help me decide.

pick Phong Nha Farmstay if you want a safe and family friendly and not too costly spot. I saw really good recent reviews on google.
I have stayed there once and the best highlight was the river views and breakfast without a doubt!
the owners helped me book tours genuinely without trying to sell it to make money so +1 point for that
