there is no fees for phong nha park entrance. But there are fees for cave entrances.
Someone wrote a great reply to this thread about fees to major caves in phong nha like paradise, dark cave + other adventure tours like botanic garden/ mooc spring
its upto date as of Oct 2025, I can vouch for it
